I never thought I could grow my career and be a mother of three kids under six. Eight years on, the only thing that has changed is the increased emphasis, effort, and energy the Company and ownership have invested in myself and my colleagues. This is an incredible company for anyone looking to find kinship and meaning in an increasingly lackluster career landscape. Run, don't walk to apply.

If you embrace our values and mission, love to problem-solve daily and put creative solutions into play, are good at impromptu conversations that impact people's lives, have a head for understanding and staying on top of copious industry regulations, will roll-up your sleeves no matter what your role within the organization, and are driven--there are no cons!

These past 18 months were so difficult for so many reasons - health-wise, family-wise, work-wise, and on and on. In addition to working from home, Peabody offered staggered work schedules during the pandemic so that we could socially distance and maintain our childcare schedules. It's nice to work for a company that is so family-focused not only in the good times but the most challenging ones as well. Also, the company gives paid-time-off for team members to get vaccinated. That's huge, especially when scheduling a vaccine was so hard when they first came out. Not related to COVID but also worth mentioning, are the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives they have here too. You can tell they actually care about what's going on in the world and what team members think. Needless to say, I'm so happy to say that Peabody is my home-away-from-home! Love it here!

Health insurance claims sometimes take a long time to process, but all insurance is like that nowadays. Coverage on the other hand costly, but really great.

Great team players throughout the company. Always willing to teach more to better yourself and the company. Family oriented - always asking how they are. Extremely fair and competitive wages and benefits.

Would like more area team meetings, with staff and other site members to learn about the site and staff, and different ideas.
