I have been working at Peabody full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay is good, and the environment is nice. There is a VERY NICE fitness center and coffee bar. Most employees are very nice.

    Cons

There is quite a bit of micromanaging. Minimum schedule flexibility. Bankruptcy caused no raises and small bonuses for the last couple of years.

    Advice to Management

Remember your employees when bankruptcy is complete. Times have been hard as far as raises are concerned.
