    Pros

product MAY work well for COPD if they finish and file for approval ahead of competitors.

    Cons

Hiring unqualified and lazy people to work, who stares at their computer and does poor quality of work. You can't change these people. It is a blind leading a blind organization. unqualified people are at VP and CMO level. People who work with vendors receive kick backs 9vacationing with vendors, etc...)

    Advice to Management

Get rid of CMO, VPs, and all employees and merge it with AZ.

I worked at Pearl Therapeutics full-time

    Pros

Great products, great scientists, cutting edge technology. Some great opportunities to see and do and lead. Pay and bonuses are very generous.

    Cons

Very political, you need to make friends to stay competitive in your career. It is easy to get sidelines. No HR, so settling issues is difficult if you dont have a strong manager. You have to be an independent learner, everyone who is great is also very busy, so mentoring is limited. Promotions are few and infrequent, workload is very heavy.

    Advice to Management

Hire strong leaders/managers to create a better and more productive culture, offer more promotions at the lower levels, don't tolerate political behavior.
