I worked at Pearle Vision part-time

    Pros

Working with a franchise instead of a corporate run store was great. The workplace was small but all coworkers and management were great to work with. We had plenty of facetime with our boss if need be.

    Cons

None really, I'd work there again if I could.

    Pros

The Maple Grove Pearle Vision is the #1 store in North America! Why? Our team is what makes us different. We are passionate about our patients' good vision, and about a great work-life balance for our team members. We are a LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED business, with our owners onsite working every day.

    Cons

Expectations are high so that we stay focused on the customer experience. Our team members are all top performers with a passion for vision health and fashion.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it going!

I have been working at Pearle Vision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One of the best things about working for Pearle Vision franchise is the ability to chart your own course, work independently and use your entrepreneurial spirit to lead the way.

    Cons

Often training is not as regular as in some companies. This is a great opportunity for you to take charge, pull yourself up by your own bootstraps and learn from others who are succeeding from within the organization.

    Advice to Management

Schedule regular ongoing training, not just a big blast of training at the onboarding point. I think this will help keep associates engaged for the long haul.
