    Pros

The people there were very nice to work with. The yearly perks of a free exam and pair of glasses as well as additional discounts for employees were definitely a plus! The manager (at the Kentwood location) does her best to work with part timers around their class schedules and family needs.

    Cons

As many of the Pearle Visions in Michigan are becoming franchises, the management was in a major flux when I left. Salary, benefits, and perks were changing. Personnel is in constant change.

    Advice to Management

More communication with the employees. Allow immediate manager to bring us details of upcoming changes in advance of the actual change. Allow employees to have input on changes that can further grow team building, thus furthering better sales.
