    Great advancement opportunities. Work from home options. Flexible schedules. Good work/life balance. Autonomy.

    Cons

    Yearly review system isn’t my favorite. It’s not based on merit it’s based on a rating system that doesn’t make much sense to me.

    decent pay, although maybe not so for incoming newbies decent work/life balance ability to work from home since didn't have assigned desks in the office

    Cons

    terrible culture of passive-aggressiveness, no real innovation, hiring terrible managers constant reorgs - I mean like every 6 months more layoffs
