    I worked at Peet's part-time

    Pros

co-workers were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. It made the long shifts and learning all the drinks a blast. The typical customers seems to enjoy simple handcrafted drinks (a normal latte and a normal ice drink) rather than complex drinks like Starbucks.

    Cons

As a part-timer, I don't think there are enough benefits to make one want to stay a part timer for long especially compared to that of a competitor such as Starbucks.
