    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Pegasystems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Benefits are pretty good.
-Colleagues are nice to work with for the most part
    - The technology is solid

    Cons

    - There is an insane amount of micromanagement where an employee feels useless and not empowered to do his job.
    - You will probably be hired to do something and end up doing something completely different.
-Pega feels very wall-streetish and it is not run as a software company
    - Employees are not trusted and not treated with respect.

    Advice to Management

Stop bashing the competition and focus on empowering your employees.

I have been working at Pegasystems full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Leading Product, best positioned solution to have massive growth in enterprise software market. The people are dedicated, smart, and highly collaborative. The corporate markets division provides a massive opportunity to drive exponential personal growth with a very large territory fueling expansion of the Pega Brand into new markets. Also, there is a strong focus on Sales Training for Account Executives.

    Cons

With the Corporate Markets is focus on emerging accounts in a massive new market (companies outside of the Fortune 500), the side effect is the job requires alot of sales legwork to build pipeline with organizations that are unfamiliar with the Pega brand.

    Advice to Management

Increase marketing investment in all channels and continue focus on Sales Training and Enablement to drive effectiveness
