Great people - smart, open, friendly, challenging. Good life/work balance and flexibility. Above average benefits. Super smart CEO. Located between Kendall Square and Lechmere with lots of fun restaurants and shops close by.

Work life balance is considerable but at the stake of a good career
Cons
If a person joins as an entry level test engineer, grows in the company to next roles being a test engineer, the career path just gets doomed. Testing features in the product is the only thing that a person gets to learn and find time to. With very little exposure to good technologies and automation frameworks in the initial career makes career path is almost blanked out. My sincere suggestion is not to join as test engineer in Pega.
