Not a company for passionate coders
Oct 26, 2019 - Anonymous Employee in HyderābādRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good Infrastructure in office , Lunch, Cab, Good pay.
Cons
This is not at all a company for passionate coders as most of the teams work 90% on the tool . Culture is toxic here, Seniors torture juniors with their superiority and Managers belittles Experienced by comparing with freshers. There is a lot of micro management and loads of work.No work life balance.

Nothing to share here as pros
Cons
Very poor work life balance Not a good environment to work in Lots of politics
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
- Good pay - Good location for commuting - not so much for anything else - Occasional free food - Some people are actually decent and worthwhile interacting with - They are starting to care about diversity? Maybe..?
Cons
- Pega isn't going to help you get a job anywhere else. You have to learn how to build software within Pega software, which means learning very specialized skills that can't be directly applied elsewhere. - You have to sign a vague-sounding non-compete which will only hurt you later. - Upper-management does nothing. Toxic people are allowed to drive people out without consequence. - People have been laid-off last-minute for no reason. - Work/life balance greatly depends on your team/manager. - No innovation. - They do whatever the client wants because they need the cash. - Can't trust everyone - people won't hesitate to throw you under the bus. - Incompetent people who don't know what they're doing combined with client-driven deadlines = broken software.
