Pros
- The People - The Culture - The Leadership Team
Cons
- The 401k match gets capped, still generous though
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
- Very nice Boston office, and it's nice to start with a large Analyst class - The mentor process is good, but think that is largely based on who you get - Good PTO and benefits
Cons
- Poor pay, but think it's getting better. However, no bonuses. - No one ever goes into the office, so it's tough to develop as a young hire. This leads to not knowing anyone in the company as an Analyst besides who you are on project with - The above lead to me feeling like Peloton had no culture at times. Seems like it is a great place to work if you are 30+ with a family, but if you are looking for a place to start your career it isn't great. However, if you appreciate WFH freedom then this is for you.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
You get unlimited paid time off
Cons
Some weeks can be extremely busy
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Compensation, great teams Executive compassion Truly want to deliver quality
Cons
Favoritism and nepotism Favorites get staffed while everyone else gets dinged for under utilization Leadership doesn’t go out the their way to meet and get to know up and coming staff Only gravitate to ‘early day favorite superstars ‘ — they don’t see the quiet star and non-favorite superstar right in front of them — difficult to stand out over old regime team members (old favorites skate through and up the ladder with little resistance) It seems to be who you know not the quality of your performance

Pros
Amazing at marketing the company and creating a picture of a false reality.
Cons
Company is ran by director and sr directors who know the product, but lack people skills, client knowledge, and the ability to execute on the plans the client values.
