I have been working at Peloton Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people are friendly and they try to foster a culture of entrepreneurship up to and including the CEO. If you put in the hours and learn more of the tech you can do well since you become more staffable. The culture is collaborative and they do try to make everyone feel included for the most part. There are opportunities to learn new tech if you are willing to go for it and people willing to help out. The best part of this company is the collaboration people are willing to partake in.

    Cons

Mentorship program is not great and kind of mediocre which is an interesting contrast to the cheerleader mentality here. The matching up of mentors and mentees seems to make no sense and it is not really enforced so if you aren't someone who has a very clear and distinct career path in mind then you will flounder since the work itself can be boring since a lot of it is ERP software. If you don't like accounting or dry financial data or analytics then this may not be a fit. They promise training and support and have made strides in that direction but make no mistake that on top of a big work load you will be learning a lot on your own time if you don't already know the software. (This can also be a pro for some people. ) Unlike bigger and established consulting firms you do not get a company credit card unless you are a sales person or higher management (as far as I know) so be prepared to use your credit card and then get reimbursed more than 3+ weeks later. They do have options to mitigate it but I imagine it is extremely awkward asking a more senior person to pay for your expenses for whatever reason. Combined with below industry pay; this seems to show a lack of awareness of the economic realities for younger team members (or lack of caring but I don't get the impression that is the case). Peloton has a certain image in mind for its culture where it is a bit more casual but still a professional consulting firm but could work more on better management and clarifying policies, better on-boarding onto projects, and better tech support honestly. Lets be honest, "unlimited" vacation sounds amazing but with a consulting firm and a deadline driven environment...there seems to be a disconnect particularly since Peloton is heavily in the northeast, an area where people value putting in hours and bragging about it. If you want to work for a start-up a la tech start-ups you won't get what you are looking for. If you want to work in consulting and not be too miserable this company is a good medium.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Peloton Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company is extremely flat without a lot of hands on managers. There is the definite ability for top performers to move up. It is very regionalized. So this can be a pro or a con dependiing on the person. On average 70% of the company is staffed on a local project. Very good PTO plan which they call "unlimited" It's vague but most people take atleast 3 weeks. Centrally located office. Culturally this is an awesome place to work. Fridays are the best day of work.

    Cons

The pay is below average for the industry by roughly 10-15%. The benefits are well below average as well. There is a mentor program like most other consulting firms but the mentor program isn't enforced. I maybe met with my mentor once a quarter when it is expected to be a bi-weekly meeting. There is a huge disconnect between the regions and the practice. Peloton hasn't defined itself yet. It is trying to be practice oriented with the regions and they are starting to butt heads on who owns which resource. This causes many issues from staffing to revenue reporting.

I have been working at Peloton Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Well, let me think. Oh! I am sorry. I can't think of any because there aren't any.

    Cons

There are so many cons. There is no management in the Hyderabad office. People also work part-time as caterers and nobody cares. No onsite opportunities are given even though it is there. Lots and lots of politics. Trust me there is no future here. Even though you are a fresher, don't join this company as there is no management and nobody appreciates your work. Don't join this company if your self-respect is more important to you than money.

I have been working at Peloton Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Growing organization with great opportunities to learn more and more in Oracle Apps SCM/FIN. Timings are from 12-9 which is a bit odd but still flexible and most importantly work-life balance is maintained. Good pay scale as per the current market trends. Great Benefits for employees and their families and also have a Yearly Bonus.

    Cons

Lack of Management but honestly, Superiors are doing all they can to improve the same.
