Pros
Not many - golf tournament was fun
Cons
The company culture has changed tremendously over the long period of time I was an employee. As Pembina transitioned from a small company to large through significant acquisitions, the company has completely lost it's way and become saturated with middle managers and executives. While salaries started okay, they have stagnated in recent years. There are very few competent workers, and the management has been disastrous. It's very much a culture of who you know to advance. The company went through layoffs in the spring and the treatment and severance packages were handled terribly. Would not recommend this company as it has lost its way.
