I worked at Peninsula Golf and Country Club part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Laid back staff, short hours, great networking opportunities

    Cons

Few available working hours, high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

Allow the lifeguards/snackbar people work more hours. This will keep them coming back more often.

    Pros

Push you but provide support if needed. Well organized. Clear work tasks so there is no confusion. Plenty of parking.

    Cons

Sometimes there is too much work for the amount of people working. Some members are not very nice, but it is expected. Pay is not great. No tips but shared gratuity.
