I have been working at Penn Engineering full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

All you have to do is look at the large number of long term employees (20 years plus) to know how employees are treated. This place is full of long timers. Long enough there are multiple generations of families working.

    Cons

The same with any manufacturing job. The work schedule changes with the volume of orders, overtime is a regular occurrence.

I have been working at Penn Engineering full-time

    Pros

It is a job but the management is all about the bonus they can get and dont care about the employees. They are home everyday with their family but do not care about you or yours.

    Cons

The money is not good enough to spend all of your time there. They run machine so fast h can not hardley keep up. And bonus checks are very poor unless you are in management.

    Advice to Management

Care more about your employees and leas about your bonus you forget who does the work to keep you in a iob we do have families and want to spend time at home not stuck there all the time while yall sit at home or at your desk looking at numbers. If you wanna keep employees give them a break sometime and not make them work and live at the plant. Poor excuse for management at this plant dont know how other plants are but this one is bad.
