    Penn Mutual offers opportunities for career growth and advancement while spending your days working with incredibly talented and wonderful colleagues. Fantastic work-life balance combined with a hybrid-work approach is a great benefit.

    strong financials, good business model and decent benefits

    Cons

    IT largely ignored by business and thus crazy long work days with little or no respect from business or management. Constantly conflicting priorities consistently puts employees at odds with each other.

    Really great people and provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

    Cons

    I found that there was a bias based on your connection with the leadership team and thought some of the decisions that were made were very odd putting people in roles where they had no experience.

    The overall industry education acquired is priceless.

    A mutual life insurance company by their business structure have historically needed to decrease dividends, currently the future outlook remains no different.
