    Bosses are clueless about a lot of things: new technology, what competitors are up to, what's happening in the industry worldwide, etc.

    Pros

    A very nice place to work. Quiet and clean. With a 3.5 hr driving radius which includes many major cities (NYC, D.C., Philly, Pitt).

    Cons

    If you work in the area, Comcast is the only Internet service provider in the area (excluding local companies).

    Advice to Management

    It might be better if they switch health insurance to a different company.
