I have been working at Penn State University full-time

    Pros

Work schedule is flexible. Benefits (especially retirement plan) is great. Colleagues are nice.

    Cons

I'm also taking classes but it's not free. Although it's 75% off for employee (which I appreciate), it's still expensive (about $800 per course). It is bureaucratic as any large corporation that a lot of administrative people don't have much to do. AAs' salary is not attractive either. House price here is very high as a small town.
