Archaic, old boy network, stuck in the past, men only

      Pros

Pretty stable work environment, managed to do wfh in a pandemic when they never would have otherwise. Expect that to be turned off soon as they are chomping at the bit to force everyone back in the office like cattle. Management only listens to themselves. New pres is meh, still old-school. Better b a yes person.

      Cons

Nothing progressive in the work environment at all...imagine 50 years behind the rest of the world. Men rule the organization, women kept in low level positions. High turnover. Very little diversity. Extremely sexist and blind to it. Everything is a paper tiger and a façade. IT is a total mess, everything unsecured out in clouds; no one knows where everything is going and no one cares, don’t expect data to be secure. IT has the MOST old fashioned thinking Everything is a shell game to cover up flaws of incompetent management.

      Pros

I most admired working at PSECU due to their strong core values and flexibility in management roles.

      Cons

Lots of transition, outdated processes, lack of collaboration cross functionally.

Modern day slavery mentality, racism and inqeuality

      Pros

Work is good if you put your own effort into it

      Cons

Most of them do not have the right degree to work in the positions they are kept in and talented employees are bullied to do most of the work. Managers are racist and PSECU is not an equal opportunity employer. They steal credit from hard working employees. Unethical and do not recommend this place.

      Pros

It worked well with my college schedule and provided me with many opportunities.

      Cons

Enrollment was down at Edinboro when I worked there, so getting new accounts was stressful.
