    Pros

Friendly people, good work / life balance. Ample opportunities for career advancement at the field level. Reasonable compensation. Focus on growth

    Cons

There is a significant disconnect between corporate and the field. Historically speaking, the company brings in senior management from outside.

    Advice to Management

Executives would benefit from more first hand exposure.

    Pros

Global company, good brands, good people

    Cons

Little to no training available, little budget money for any extras like travel, office supplies, advertising, etc.

    Advice to Management

CEO Randy Hogan needs to look closer at the management of each facility to make sure they are actually following his philosophies. He believes in marketing, branding, advertising but each facility is not focused on those areas. Finance runs the show and does not promote the brands.

    Pros

Good People to work with and good products ensure you the ability to sell materials. The product portfolio is large and recognized world wide for its quality.

    Cons

Operationally a nightmare, the company is disconnected internally and lacks focus. The distribution channel is fragmented and massive increases in Inside Sales support is needed.

    Advice to Management

Have Operations report to the Sales Management team and combine thier efforts so that they are working together to achieve the same goals.
