Decent people but out of touch management.

Not that stressful and have told even salary people not to work more than 37.5 hours a week.
Cons
Management not very communicative. Seems all, even small decisions have to be approve by Hoya. They have fired many people over the last two years and refuse to hire anyone. Even in when divisions are making solid operating income. The top executives seem to have little interest in learning about the day to day needs of the operation yet they refuse to give decision making power to those who do have that knowledge.
