- "Micro managed you, surveillance by IT & others, manager is awful & HR does whatever she wants, no provided anyone with raises but sales team receives bonuses & mind you every year they have an over the top luxurious holiday party but no raises or bonuses for those that do all the heavy lifting, only room for movement is by transferring out of the dept (if you can, and don’t count on the CS manager who doesn’t need to work for a living to have your back." I can't think of any pros
Cons
No culture!! They are obsessed with micromanagement. They really try to pay the minimum no matter what your position is. The interview is more complicated than what you will be doing, what they ask you on the interview and what you will be working on is IRRELEVANT. Job descriptions are misleading. Bad work environment.
