I have been working at People Inc. (NY) full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Working with individuals who need you.

    Cons

Too much drama that is allowed from management upto and including HR. Over worked due to high turn over. High turn over that is unnecessary. Most are pushed out the door. I have personally witnessed phenomenal workers whom felt they had to leave or were literally bullied to the point they were forced to leave. HR needs to investigate more and so does the CEO. Why are your employees really leaving? Why have good workers left? They only listen to the immediate management, which I can guarantee their word is completely false. Abusive atmosphere especially in the southtowns. I have seen so much that it is actually sickening. You never feel appreciated, pay is low, and they make cuts continually to the direct care associates. You never feel like you do good enough. Inappropriate relationships between management and staff outside of work and inside of work. Unsafe and threatening work enviroments. I do not recommend working for this company. There is a lot that is great, but it is not because of the company and their values. It is only great in the area of relationships built with individuals. The constant turn over is abusive to the individuals, whether upper management, HR, CEO, etc... want to acknowledge it. This is just a small glimpse. I am bothered by what I have witnessed. Some investigating needs to be done please. Let's even try to get some of the good workers back.

    Advice to Management

If you can't be professional, move on. All management needs to be retrained, switched/rotated to different houses. Appreciate your staff.
