    Approves of CEO

I worked at People Power as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work closely with the higher ups in the company, got to be involved with "real" action rather than be stuck doing boring intern duties like getting coffee.

    Cons

With this company just starting out, there was no compensation besides some stock.

    Pros

A seasoned team of execs surrounded with smart younger players
Strong competency in cloud based software solutions
Great culture and the company has its own band

    Cons

The firm may be expanding too fast too early
The jury's still out on the amount of value consumers place on saving energy in their homes

    Advice to Management

Stay the course and focus on value creating milestones
Focus on high performance players and give them missions to complete
