    Pros

A couple of the workers there are fantastic and made it somewhat enjoyable at times to be there.

    Cons

Very catty working environment, felt uncomfortable to be there most of the time as everyone talked poorly of each other as soon as they had left the room. There was a complete lack of training and development which was promised. CEO is also very self absorbed and either does not look at the bigger picture or just does not care to. Career advancement was promised and never followed through. I found upper management was very unprofessional in how they handled situations.

    Advice to Management

Create a better team environment by treating everyone equal and with respect to eliminate the bad culture it is producing, more training and development for staff, and follow through on promises you make to your employees and future hires. Also training for upper management I highly recommend.

    Pros

They help you find job and confirm that you have a job. it takes them forever to tell you when the starting date will be.

    Cons

They talk to you very unprofessionally. Have promised you that you are hired for some company for a month, but they don't have any starting date for you. They constantly tell you that they are waiting for it. when you tell them you just want to be sure whether to look for another job or not. their reply are rude, 'well if u want than than look for another job, we already told you that you are hired'. they don't understand the fact that other people have bills to pay as well. they should or could reply by saying, 'no we understand ... we are trying our best to get the starting date as soon as we can and do apology.' they never called me, i m then one calling them everyday to find out information and they yell at you by saying, 'well i already told you the other day i called. ' very unprofessionly.

    Advice to Management

your agency runs because of the companies that sign up with you and the general people who are looking for work. if you want them both happy, you need to learn some soft skills and politiness. this is not going to get your company rating anywhere. No wonder liberty staffing and kelly servies win all the awards in your bussiness sector.

I worked at People Store full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The only thing this place does well is temp business. There is no leadership there is no anything in professional services. Calling it Professional Services is laughable

    Cons

There are so many I cant even begin. The owner thinks he's a thug and lies through his teeth. You never get paid right and always have to chase your money. Your lucky if you don't get sued when you leave, Hopefully this guys Karma will catch up with him.

    Advice to Management

Get out of the perm business and do what your good at placing people with low skill levels

I worked at People Store full-time

    Pros

There are absolutely no Pros to working here

    Cons

The President gives a very poor image of the staffing industry. He claims to have all these accolades, but in fact he gets his staff to nominate him numerous times. He fires people before their commissions are paid and keeps them. He has had so many open complaints with the Labour Board and Human Rights is is a JOKE. The other review on here is spot on, I see nothing has changed since I left. He only pays his temp employees 4% vacation pay if they request it where it is LAW to pay it to them regardless, he takes advantage of everyone he can. He pays commission based and when he fires you don't expect to see your earnings.

    Advice to Management

Grow up and get another career. You have a revolving door there for a reason.
