- Pays you the industry standard (don't expect anything more). - Outside of leadership, your team is very kind. - Nothing else really.

- Nepotism across all departments. Don't expect any career growth here unless you are somehow connected at this company. - Felt like they were just "winging it" and reps barely got any support. - Most of your leads (almost all) will be from cold outreach. - Cross-functionally lacks communication across all departments

-some middle managers love to micro manage -complicated product that is hard to convey value -non existent enablement for new hires -product is far behind competitors -high turnover in sales and cs -during my first 2 months at people.ai my manager told me I was asking too many questions and that I just wasn't getting it.

Everyone is amazing. Everyone does good work and you want to hang with them after work. Done a very good job of a remote-first culture Lots of great work to be done!

It's a start-up! So if you need things to be buttoned up and fully designed, probably not the spot for you. But if you like a challenge, worth it!

Superb funding, hypergrowth, great culture, amazingly talented and kind coworkers, approachable and engaged leadership, unlimited PTO, good healthcare options, excellent compensation

Cons

Startup life isn't for everyone, things change quickly, in some cases you will be building the plane while flying it. If you're looking for hours strictly from 9-5, you won't find that here due to the geographically diverse employee and customer base (global).

Pros

I was very surprised at how many processes the company already has in place at this size. It's been running very lean in some areas due to well-established processes. The data is also surprisingly well taken care of and managed. People are very friendly and approachable. Management really cares about you as a person and I really enjoy the diversity here and feel very welcomed. The company seems to be heading in the right direction and putting the right people in place.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company and fully remote, there may be some blind spots and communication gaps but management is on it.

Pros

The culture in Customer Success is fantastic and unlike anything I've experienced in past roles.

Cons

Honestly not a lot of cons to working here, culture is awesome, pay is competitive, and there's definitely opportunity here in a growing company.
