Opportunities to learn from talented people new technologies

    Cons

As CEO I am NOT perfect, personally I have not met anyone in my life that is. So as such it is nearly impossible to make everyone happy, my goal is to always do the best in every area.

    Advice to Management

Hire more smart people like we have now.

    Pros

Small and agile company with high intensity business needs. The company values its employees which is a great positive during a recession as it translates into job security. In general we have an above average work life balance. The environment has great potential for people to learn from.

    Cons

Benefits can always improve and company is continuously working to improve it.

    Advice to Management

Continue to maintain focus on new products as well as maintaining work life balance. More sweets on Wednesdays?

    Pros

There is the ability to grow in the company. My management is always available , helpful and professional.

    Cons

There is lots of work to do, which keeps everyone busy. This is not a huge Con, It's great that there is work to do. But, it can mean that there are periods where there is less time to focus on improvements in the workplace.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep a balance of steady work and improvement for your employees. This is a main focus for upper management, we like that, keep that going.

    Pros

nice owner, nice people, lots of free coffee and cokes and donuts

    Cons

High Turnover. Bad manager in the bunch. Can get caught up in wrong department, bad planning. Way to much adhoc monitoring by IT and things done on a whim.

    Advice to Management

make sure new hires are placed correctly for what they applied for so they don't get dropped a year later. ie You shouldn't be placed in IT when you applied for BigData, Hadoop, SQL Developer

    Pros

Laid back enviorment, casual attire, company lunches, gifts, mandatory OT

    Cons

management and HR are innaproparite in getting involved in employees personal lives. Encourage deceptive practices. unprofessional conduct.

    Advice to Management

You cannot expect people to be yelled at all day because the company is scamming them and think company lunches make up for it. adequate pay would be appropriate.

    Pros

Coworkers are experienced and friendly. Ceo can be generous.

    Cons

Management does not plan, it reacts. It is consistently short staffed. No clear directions are given, and when the projects go bad, all the blame is put on the employee. If you make a mistake, they do not forget. They also expect 60s of work for 40 hours of pay.

    Advice to Management

Anger management, project management, and sexual harassment training.

    I have been working at PeopleFinders.com full-time

    Pros

The company is growing and there are new things we are trying, thinking out of the box. I think that's important. The office environment is clean and modern. Most importantly, the people that work here are top notch.

    Cons

With growth comes growing pains, and it's not always a smooth ride, but we've been hiring and trying to hammer out the process to smooth out the growing pains.

    Advice to Management

We need to learn to celebrate achievements and milestones. We're doing a lot of good work. Maybe someone in management can send an email once a month to review some major accomplishments in the past month so we can celebrate and be proud of the work we're doing.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

steady pay and hours were good
    employees are appreciated
money isn't too bad, $10-$14 for an entry-level CSR
    comfortable environment

    Cons

There are company policies that discourage good customer service in order to make more money; customers would be charged $24.95 monthly on a renewing basis (without any form of monthly notification)
    very high call volume
justifiably disgruntled customers (literally, 70% of phone calls dealt with the aforementioned billing of $24.95)

    Advice to Management

Your company can still be profitable. Just learn to care about customers rather than care about generating money and revenue.
