    I have been working at PeopleReady (More than a year)

    Pros

    * small management team seemed to truly care about their regulars and attempts to accommodate
    * occasionally, the opportunity for longer-term or seasonal employment

    Cons

    * minimum wage
    * hard work, mostly construction/industrial cleanup
    * favoritism in management toward candidates in labor pool
    * show need/determination before you get sent out on jobs (could take 1-2 weeks of showing up there at 4AM)
    * having a vehicle dramatically increases the likelihood of getting a job
    * they are contracted for $15/hr and pay their employees $7.79/hr. could pay employees a bit better.

    If you work for the local utilitie company then there is a lot of pros

    Cons

    The "people ready" company who took over spartan are horrible and have only made things more difficult to have to work for

    Advice to Management

    Be more involved with the people who are out there risking their life's everyday to make you money!! Take care of your workers like spartan staffing use to!!!
