    Pros

    Paid daily (unless you are lucky someone is in office on weekend or you finish your job after the office closes)

    Cons

    Variety of works means you probably won't be doing the same thing from day-to-day
    Pay depends on the job; one day you might be making minimum wage and the next day you might be making more

    Advice to Management

    Give workers a livable wage

    There are occasional problems with payment on your card . . Mostly human error. .it does get resolved when reported . .

    Attitude is everything . . Learn to appreciate your workforce and improve overall communication , your own employment depends on their's . .

    Pros

    You get paid same day so if you need money fast for important things you can get it.

    Cons

    They send you to job sites where sometimes its the wrong business or the people don't need workers. Everytime you call them they dont answer and it messes up your whole getting a job for the day when people have bills to pay mouths to feed San Bernardino one is really good but Riverside branch is a joke the ladies don't know how to do there jobs!!!

    Advice to Management

    Retrain your employees and have an accurate time tou actually open, answer your phones. Be professional some people actually need this and they are disrespectful when a problem accures and you bring it to there attention.

    Close to the house, People are friendly, Paid daily, Chance to get hired on full time

    Pay isn't very good, The type of work isn't always friendly,

    Treat your employee's with respect, and they will be more productive an have better attitudes during work hours.
