I have been working at PeopleScout full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Ability to work from Home
    Varied client base

    Cons

The leadership is appalling - once every 3 months, a scripted townhall with no engagement or inspiration
Management do not care about your career. Its up to you to develop, but promotions happen by changing your job title only.
Support facilities from HR are abysmal and benefits are the worst in the industry.
They do not value employees in anyway

    Advice to Management

Realize that to be a successful company you need to treat your employees better and offer better opportunities

    Pros

    Cons

Executive leadership - Taryn incapable of running company effectively and surrounded by "yes dear" sales leadership - total joke

    Advice to Management

continue buying businesses (like the Aon acquisition) until the original PS folks are gone, and realize you aren't the largest brand for Trueblue

    Pros

It will pay maybe One bill.......

    Cons

If you have a degree and melanin.... don't work here. These people have been friends since high school and are related and uneducated. They are easily intimidated and have no clue.

    Advice to Management

Not every job needs a degree but it would help if you know about H.R. before you end up in court.

    I worked at PeopleScout full-time

    Pros

I did enjoy my time working. They had vendors come in from various places to offer food. We had a flexible work schedule and had the option of working during the holidays.

    Cons

It was hard to advance in the company.

    Advice to Management

Allow everyone the same opportunity to advance or to move to a team that is better suited for their needs and strengths.

I worked at PeopleScout full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

On most assignments management will let you work virtually.

    Cons

Company model is RPO; BUT it should be RPO on steroids; VERY mush volume based recruiting; in addition there is a ton of administrative work. Management will consistently keep asking for numbers, how many fills have you made on a daily basis. Very high stress environment. In addition, most hourly rates are below market rate.

    Advice to Management

Stop intimidating your work force and pay your workers market rate.
