I have been working at PeopleScout full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I came to PeopleScout a little over 3 years ago and it quickly became my favorite employer. I've worked in the RPO / HR solutions industry for nearly 11 years for a couple different competitors and PeopleScout is by far the most client-oriented and strategic company I've worked for. Our president, Taryn Owen, leads by example and sets the tone for being a strategic partner to our clients, as well as partnering with all levels of our organization and the employees who work here. Additionally, the people at PeopleScout are some of the most dedicated, hard-working individuals I've ever worked with. I love our culture and what we stand for.

    Cons

Being a global company with over 2000 people, it's easy for the voice of the employees to not be heard. However, I feel strongly that PeopleScout has made strides in this department with employee surveys and gathering feedback in order to address our concerns.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to our employees and clients with their feedback and to take action when something needs to be course-corrected. The changes that have been made based on feedback have been beneficial and has made our company better.
