    Pros

Great place to find a job, first interview I was placed and just moved over to full time with the company.  I would highly recommend using PeopleShare!

    Cons

At first doing the virtual interview was scary, but ultimately it is what landed me my new job!

    I worked at PeopleShare full-time

    Pros

I did not come to them for a job , they came to me. PeopleShare has a different interview idea through video. I had an interview with a company a few days later and have been working since May 9th. Give them a try, they'll work to help you do what is right for you.

    Cons

There are no cons to this company

I worked at PeopleShare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are absolutely NO Pros. PeopleShare is basically a sweatshop for recent college grads. They exploit recent college graduates because they are naive and don't know better. Recruiters are expected to work 60 hours a week for 28-30k with NO commission.

    Cons

Everything about this company is a joke. They exploit recent college graduates and it's a very hostile work environment. The founders only care about their money and don't care about their employees. You don't get a lunch break, they make you work for 12 hours a day, and there is absolutely no flexibility. PeopleShare lies to clients and candidates and is unethical considering they don't pay employees or temps until they call wondering why their paycheck is missing. This is a toxic environment and I hope that new recent college grads don't fall into the same trap as I did.

    Advice to Management

Stop running a hostile and unethical company. Stop exploiting recent college graduates and getting them to work basically for free. Stop lying to temps, candidates, and clients.
