    Pros

Great working culture. Your work gets noticed by your leader and be rewarded accordingly.

Great training environment even for non experienced employee. Lots of training provided on a regular basis

There is an emphasis on work/life balance equation.

    Good working environment
    Freedom to take decisions

Fantastic processes, effective management team, great interaction with peers in other locations.

The work is super interesting and for a great purpose, helping jobseekers prosper in their careers. The team and capability is very mature so you have an opportunity to learn from some of the best talent in the country.

'Amazing place, insanely good culture and great career opportunities

    Cons

Fast paced, results oriente, have to think on your feet, make quick decisions, clients/candidates can back out at last minute, can be exhausting at times but this is all normal in the staffing industry

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work 👍

    Pros

There are no pros to this company

    Cons

    - Lack of support to the organization as a whole
    - Misleading commission structure and unrealistic expectations
    - Extremely high turnover within the company
    - For surveys to be selected as top employer, Management would ask you to fill out the survey with misleading information
    - Employees are not treated with respect and professionalism
    - Too many politics within the organization
    - Inappropriate comments made to employees

    Advice to Management

Please stop asking employees to come onto this site to put positive comments. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever worked for. If you look at the thread on this site with "cons" you will see how consistent the comments are with people being honest.

I worked at Peoplesource Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I'm honestly very confused by the recent reviews but when your manager tells you it's mandatory to post a positive review, I guess you do as told.
    - ability to run a 360 desk if that's what you prefer
    - ability to hoard orders to ensure no one else can fill them before you
    - if you are lucky enough to join a branch with a good team - you really would enjoy your day to day

    Cons

    - very poor salary
    - misleading commission structure and unrealistic expectations
    - no leadership and unprofessional mangement staff
    - lack of support from all verticals

    Advice to Management

Value your employees by providing them the tools they need to succeed including a manageable base salary and incentives such access to basic job posting boards. Similarly, taking an active role in business development would ensure success.

I worked at Peoplesource Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free espressos and sweet location in Liberty Village.

    Cons

They lied about compensation. Went to great lengths to explain how they were salary, and commission. After accepting the job, discovered both Terri (President) and Frank (CEO) were very deceiving about this, even explaining how it wasn't a draw and totally a salary. Basically they are a non-repayable draw format. Had they been forthcoming about this, I wouldn't have minded, but don't lie like that. Made them both look really bad and untrustworthy.

We had a minimum of 2 staff meetings per day, basically just taking up time from actually working and were completely useless.

Feed you a bunch of lines about how established they are and what a great place they are to work but then do not offer any sort of tools to do your job, like a paid linkedin account, and pay very little in compensation (pay back your salary with a horrible commission structure before you can earn commission). It was a joke and I was gone very quickly after discovering the deceit.

They want you generating as much revenue as possible without offering support and without paying you for it. Commission structure is one of the lowest I've seen, and again, only paid out after paying back your "salary"

    Advice to Management

There is a serious problem with retention. You might want to look at your whole outlook on and treatment of your employees and ask yourself why no one stays.

    Pros

I worked for Peoplesource 5 years ago. I did leave thinking the "grass was greener" - NOT!
I was welcomed back with open arms exactly one year ago and haven't looked back. The support and motivation comes straight from the top and Management team is the best there is. Believe me, I've been in this industry for nearly 30 years and I've seen them all :-) The ongoing training we receive is so informative and refreshing.
Peoplesource is a top notch Professional Staffing Service. For me personally - this is where I will retire.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of any.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the amazing work!
