I worked at Peoria Nissan full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay potential. Ability to work your way up.

    Cons

They literally tell you to lie when cold calling people.
Rude managers that try to scare you into working harder.
    Very, very unethical.
They micro-manage you like I have never seen before.

    Advice to Management

Train people to stay. Be ethical. Don't be a hard-ass to try to get employees to work harder. Be more respectful into employees.

I worked at Peoria Nissan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Eric Olson and Chuck Moris are in charge. They are smart fun and far.

    Cons

There are 45 sales reps and if you have been there less then a year you spend most of your day on the phone. But the statistics say top 5 sales people that have been there a long time make less than 50 calls a month, and take the fresh trafic. but everyone else makes a thousand calls a month and miss out on fresh traffic opportunities because they're on the phone.

    Advice to Management

Hold every employee to the same standard.
