    Customers take the advantage from corporate by filing complaints online ti get free stuff all the time

    Advice to Management

    Investigate the complaints first before you decide to give free money to some customers, as the friends and families of those customer share together & know they are going to Pep boys to complain and get free services.

    good customer base the pay is good and they have alot of parts available other than that not to many pros

    Cons

    they work you to death no family time 70hr week require you to work all weekends lie about promised time off.

    good people could be fun environment if every one there wasn't above 30

    Due to me being young i spend majority of time stocking tires than learning and driving cars
