I worked at Pepco Energy Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved my department and the people on our floor.

    Cons

During merger talks business ground to a halt. Management tried to be transparent about the situation but never had any real answers. We learned everything through the news. The company no longer exists and the business is drying up.
