I worked at Pepco Holdings as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked this role as a contractor and I can say that I had a great project team; the business valued excellent communication. Good salary and work/life balance.

    Cons

The project I worked was on an aggressive schedule managed by an outside partner who squeezed resources to complete work not accounted for in the original project plans. I would call that Scope Creep but the project teams (Not Pepco) never moved milestones but asked employees to simply work harder.
