I worked at Pepco Holdings as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

I worked in the IT department and I can say that the IT department had some great people there. I loved my supervisor and my coworkers. I left because I found a place closer to where I lived. I wouldve probably stayed longer if the merger proceedings wouldve been a little bit more clear. The execs were very supportive and I never had any issues with anyone there. Matter fact I ended up having a meeting with the next up and coming CEO there and he is amazing. It was very hard for me to leave.

    Cons

Majority of workforce is older and set to retire very soon. In the future they will probably have trouble with replacing these employees since they are not training younger workers now.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!!!!
