I have been working at Pepperidge Farm full-time

    Pros

The people who work here are fantastic, great culture, good variety of brands, lots of interesting events/speakers, family friendly environment, good hours, has its own strong culture apart from Campbells

    Cons

Slow moving sometimes in terms of actioning ideas, seems like reorganization happens a lot, there doesn't seem to be a ton of opportunity for advancement

    Advice to Management

Improve communication and figure out a way to structure such that people aren't being denied promotion who deserve it for structural reasons

I worked at Pepperidge Farm full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay started at $16/ hour and goes up to $22-25/hour. Easy and simply work sit down in a chair for most jobs and make sure the bread dough looks good. Friendly people and positive environment.

    Cons

The have too many people than they need. I only worked 9 hours a week. If you are trying to feed a family at home this is not the job for you . If you can live off of $100 a week then you should work here . The most hours you might be able to work here is 30 hours . It's not worth it. It's a dress code warehouse too. They need better management to sort out all the people they don't need 10 people running a machine that only requires 4 people . All the other 6 people would just stay around and sweep, sometimes if the machine went down even 2 hours into your shift they would send you home. So imagine me for example I would drive 45 minutes to work then work for 2 hours and then go drive another 45 minutes home. It's not worth it I left and had to find something that gave me at least 40 hours.

    Advice to Management

Too many people for one machine. Too crowded 10 people on a machine that requires only 4 people.

    Pros

To be honest the pay is really good but it would be a great company if they replace some of the dispatchers they have and create a better communication system.

    Cons

Poor communication and preperation, just super unorganized and the unloading equipment sucks and makes it hard to unload truck and waste my time and customer time.
