    35 and under favored for promotions. So if you are fortunate enough to be a millennial it is a pro for you

    Paid good for not having experience. Started much higher than minimum wage.

    Cons

    It's factory work, hard on your body and soul after a while.

    Benefits or good, paychecks on time. but its just a job with no future.

    serious mismanagement. wrong people on wrong jobs. good people feel there skills are not used. So they leave.
