I have been working at Pepsi Bottling Ventures full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Autonomous work environment. It's great pay if you're a single, young employee. They also have great benefits for their employees and their families.

    Cons

There's little room to advance because the next candidate is already chosen before the position is posted. The company culture is also a con. Since I have been with this company I have been lied to multiple times. I would rather them tell the truth than to lie and I find out later.

    Advice to Management

Be honest to your employees, give employees a fair chance to advance and bump up the pay a little because seasoned workers are not paid enough for the work we do.

    Pros

Great company if you are already dissatisfied with your life because it just gives you one more thing to complain about. Plenty of long, unappreciated hours to look forward to. You'll be making about 10-15 thousand a year less than the competition, but who needs a decent salary.

    Cons

They say if you don't have anything good to say you shouldn't. All Pros.

    Advice to Management

Retire, you're not familiar with the business any longer. Its not the good old days when you had 20 SKUs and you made more money than you know what to do with. Leave the changing landscape to those who will have to continue to work in it for 20+ years.
