I worked at Pepsi Bottling Ventures full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunity for growth and they pay very well. It's the only local Pepsi product bottling and distributing facility in the area. The people there are great.

    Cons

Long shifts. You may be asked to wear many hats, but that's never a bad thing.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize young talent.
