I worked at PepsiCo as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

This internship is for people who like to work hard. This internship provides you a realistic scope of the first year positions campus recruits moves into after the internship. You will receive professional and personal mentorship throughout the summer and gain critical insight on what a career at PepsiCo could look like.

You will spend time with each aspect of the business all the way from being on trucks delivering product to working with senior management.

The internship pays extremely well, and you are given meaningful work that provides a benefit to the company. If you want to fetch coffee and do mundane tasks, this is not the internship for you. If you want to work hard and grow professionally, then this internship program will allow you to do that.

You don't feel like an intern with this company. You are valued and tested on a daily basis. If you are given the opportunity to work with PepsiCo, take it.

    Cons

The leadership team has a real grasp on providing an ideal internship experience. The only cons people tend to find with this internship is that they weren't expecting actually to work.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

I have been working at PepsiCo as an intern

    Pros

Definitely the most organized internship program I've experienced and great pay for a intern. The program gives you plenty of opportunity to work with other interns and be exposed to top executives in the company. There definitely is a clear and visible path of upward mobility in this company if you're willing to put your head down and work

    Cons

Needs more transparency on job description, no work life balance the first half of internship (overtime and 2am starts), wish the project I was given was more sales based but that just depends on the zone you are placed in and what they need
