I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay, excellent benefits and excellent training. Great work environment! For most positions (not maintenance because it's the highest paid position) there is lots opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

Takes years to get off of graveyard and/or swing because employees rarely quit, they only retire. Management has high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Hire middle management with experience. Most managers are fresh out of college and are VERY green.

    Pros

Good benefits, good pay. Highly respected company that values the environment and works to ensure integrity throughout the company.

    Cons

Long hours, holidays and weekends. You earn every dollar you make with little to no recognition for achievments. Company is so focused on diversity that it limits opportunity for non-diverse candidates.
