      Pros

It may have advantages, but the company is thriving discrimination

      Cons

I am currently working on a trainer in Russian sales. Now Russian personnel reductions. If you have a good relationship with HR then you get paid by the company 9 or 12 salary. If you have a different skin color or your manager does not like you, then the 2 or 3 salary. If you refuse to quit - HR takes a corporate laptop, close your enterprise an email, takes the company car and you're just sitting at work for months at an empty table and do nothing. Since you do not communicate your head. You can not write letters. You simply do not have. You write to speak up PepsiCo and no one helps. All managers are aware of contractions and discrimination . Do you realize that in America or Europe is impossible. But in Russia, Russian managers are only talk about values, but in practice you one (slave) for them. And once you did not need a company, you become an enemy №1. At the same time your managers get golden parachutes, and you sit at an empty table after working in the company for 9 years and you all do not care. At the same time the top managers continue to talk about the values and principles of PepsiCo .... it is ridiculous. I did not expect from this company. Also pay attention that the company does not pay for work on weekends and public holidays in Russia. In general the company is probably normal, but not in Russia.

        Pros

Stable work and regular payment for people who do not care much

        Cons

Large portfolio of products should be sold in lots of POS by a very limited staff and in order to make it you have to spend all day merchandising while there are hundreds of other tasks to be completed and the salary is so miserable Once I was promised a bonus - 1 pack of juice (6 litres) yet the office is located 2 km from the road so I had to carry it all the way through industrial zone with dogs and bums. The salary was also given as cash at the same place so you had to spend half of your day-off in order to get your money. Regret spending my time

Hello, Please be kind. I’m so out of the loop and beat down, and may have posted this in a wrong group. I have been at my job 11 years, applied for a new job out of my organization. Posting closed last Mon. Tues at 4:40 they emailed to request an interview and wanted my top days/times for upcoming M-W. I responded with pref Wed afternoon as 1, Tues early or late as 2 or 3. I have not heard a response. I have to figure out an excuse to go on Tues to leave work. Is this normal to keep hanging on?

hi , I’m new here 👋 I have an interview coming up and I’m struggling on how to answer the “tell me about yourself statement question.” I personally don’t like to talk about myself and have the tendency to start talking about me but then I end up talking about what’s on my resume 🤦‍♀️ any advice ?

Hi, I applied for a job at a small business warehouse and I had a phone call with them about 1.5 weeks ago. It went well and a few days after, I got an email asking me when can I do an in person interview. I replied the following business day and gave them three dates. However, it’s been 4 days and they have not responded back to my email response. I even sent them a follow up and nothing. What does this mean and what should I do?
