I am currently working on a trainer in Russian sales. Now Russian personnel reductions. If you have a good relationship with HR then you get paid by the company 9 or 12 salary. Do you realize that in America or Europe is impossible. But in Russia, Russian managers are only talk about values, but in practice you one (slave) for them.
