    Cons

    Advice to Management

I worked at Perfect 10 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

CEO is a really good guy

    Cons

    Poorly managed. Lack of communication

    Advice to Management

Pay better attention to upstairs middle management. They blame sales for their mismanagement. Study out the spreadsheets and question the details. The environment is a madhouse and very disorganized. One week you are given one instruction in a certain way, and the next a different one and then get chewed out, hence covering their butts and blaming sales. I got chewed out for caring about my customers. Management calls customers “dirtbags”! Really? Calling your bread and butter dirtbags? This was disheartening. They claim a team environment, but play favorites. You’ll be on a task and then will be told to not do it and that so and so needs to do it. So and so won’t do it so you better get it done yourself and risk management writing you up for insubordination. There is a special customer service department that is ill trained, low paid, over worked and sales is supposed to rely on them to follow through with serving the client. Doesn’t happen! The plan that is laid out is not followed by all “Team members” and then the team member that dropped the ball will blame you for not following through. Here is where the favorites come into play.
My advice to management, as in upper management, is to keep a better eye on the management upstairs and if your going to have people in management postions they need to be able to clearly communicate and also know how to manage a work team and people on an individual basis as well. Clear communication, not sentences with “blah, blah, blah, inserted into them when giving instruction.

    Pros

Company has been on an upswing growth pattern for years with no end in sight.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Don't lose sight of the employees as you continue to grow.

I worked at Perfect 10 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - reasonable pay
    - coworkers (NOT management)

    Cons

    - terrible training program
    - management not responsive to feedback
    - promotions are entirely based on relationships and not merit
    - HR is a joke
    - NO support for mental health. They'll say otherwise but don't believe it, read previous bullet.
    - family insurance is expensive ($600+ per month)
    - hardly any positive recognition from management
    - too many products being sold without enough communication or training on new items
    - sales is NOT sales, it's cold calling and recruiting in a call center environment that focuses more on phone stats than employee wellbeing
    - upper management is a bunch of good ol' boys
    - sales director that joked about firing people ("get it done or you're fired, *lol*")
    - lowkey racism/sexism in the workplace
    - never felt safe in my employment (was written up for talking about a review my second year)

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Restructure training, teach management to understand mental health issues enough not to exacerbate them, and reconsider sales floor call center structure.

    Cons

To much of a rigid work environment. Need to expand products to sale. From CEO to Directors need overhaul.

    Advice to Management
