    Pros

Nice environment , the company has its own dining room, which is one of the best dining rooms I have tasted.
Research groups are small and efficient , which help learn many things.

    Cons

Though the salary of an intern is not too bad, but as far as I know, the salary for a employee is not the most attractive. And I don't see good promotion opportunities for new graduates

    Advice to Management

Working overtime does not mean more output. Sometimes a better efficiency can lead to more output and more complaints for employees.
