    Pros

Management is focused on attempting to expand the scope of the organization's impact, with some success. Benefits are on par with larger organizations.

    Cons

There is little concern for employees. If you get your job done you'll get your cost-of-living raise every year, just don't expect that anyone in management would actually care about you.

    Advice to Management

    Care.

HQ hired employees are good but heard non US local hired is not good. Too much job. Overtime. Work respond needs 7/24. Try to cut seniors too.

    Advice to Management

NPO. Not need to make money for seminar and symposium.

    Pros

Once you get the hang of it the job is easy. Hours are pretty reasonable and can be flexible. The benefits are good. A good place to develop connections.

    Cons

Not a lot of learning opportunity or room for advancement due to the company's size. Promotions do not appear to be thought out or fair. Definitely not advertised. A lot of people just biding their time until they retire.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the your employees who do the work. Not just the ones actively stroking your egos. Most people know what the weaknesses are but they are not getting attention.
