Pros

You get paid a paycheck every 2 weeks.

Cons

If you are hired you will see that your paychecks come from a "Performance Systems Acquisition Company, LLC" which will make much more sense to you the longer you are there. They buy a smaller regional provider seemingly every month or every other month. The problem is they never integrate the businesses together, so each of them have their own processes, pricing, etc. Processes within the original PSI branches are deeply broken and management does absolutely nothing to improve them. There is literally no onboarding or training process to speak to. They basically hand you a computer, get you your logins and tell you to get to work. The "training" hey have you do barely scratches the surface on what you will need to know about the industry to succeed. So you better either come to the company with prior experience, or spend long hours training yourself about the industry. Upper management has an attitude that they are never wrong and they will not listen to any suggestions for process improvement, or any other ways to attack the business to get better results. PSI was by far the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for.

Pros

There aren't a lot of pros

Cons

Lots of turnover, and management doesn't really have a good grasp on things. No long term employees or ones that are happy. everyone is over worked and burnt out. The people that do try and make an impact seem to get pushed out of the company and no positive changes can be made. I stay hoping for the best, but just when I get hopeful good employees quit or get forced out. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder.

Pros

Utilizes decent tech for customer management, acquisition. Mostly quality product/service.

Cons

Highly ego-driven management team that talks more than listens. CRO and Sales Manager both drunk on power/title.

Performance Systems Integration Response

From the CEO: I am very sorry to hear you are feeling this way. I take your feedback seriously and I am saddened to hear you have the impression that our management team does not listen to their employees. We always strive to do the right things for our teams and for our customers – it seems disconnected from what I know to be true about our company and our leadership team. I invite you to come speak with me directly so that we can talk about your concerns. -Travis Everton
