    Quarterly Bonuses and real ability to move into middle management in corporate.

    Cons

    Need a good Franchise owner or the job is a bust.

    Advice to Management

    Look at Ellensburg and make Brent Habberman have more influential control over more of the company

    Pros

    Anything goes, stroke managers ego n you can get away with anything! Hard work way too much for tips from people on fixed incomes....no bueno

    Cons

    Managers bipolar cranky, burnt out. I wouldn't eat there.....I'm surprised chapter eleven didn't stop these greedy freaks. Holidays weeekends your grandmas funeral. They don't care they want bonus

    With the best bosses you'll ever have, Perkins West in Billings offers flexible schedules and positions with delicious aromas and funny staff.

    Cons

    There are no cons to work here that someone won't find at any other food industry type gig in Billings.

    They have Quality food, fast service, caring staff, an interpersonal experience. Feels like home amazing family place to eat. Low prices.

    Cons

    Mainly breakfast based, wilted lettuce, huge menu with too many choices, a busy place on holidays and weekends, usually a little wait

    Early working ours for breakfast shift, which is the most lucrative shift usually.
