    Pros

Everyone is friendly and active about the work place. There are some specific people that take the time to explain to you what you're doing and not just handing you work. The pay is okay, but I'd rather take a little less and learn more. Also great location.

    Cons

Some of the higher ups are self indulged or not outwardly helpful unless you keep asking and make it obvious. Some elitist and too new to know how to move up here. Also, overpriced vending machines.

    Advice to Management

Some more time taken to explain the structure of the company because there is still some confusion.

I have been working at Perkowitz + Ruth full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company seems to be recovering from last recession, lots of new faces on board, Giood work environment. Current management seems to really care about staff morale.

    Cons

Studios would rather look to outside talent when hiring rather than relocate/transfer existing talent in the firm.

I have been working at Perkowitz + Ruth full-time

    Pros

It's a nice place, people are friendly and fun to work with for the most part, view is fantastic in Long Beach

    Cons

Management makes every decision in a panic and as if only now matters. Like I said, it's always too much work or not enough and it's always due yesterday

    Advice to Management

Stop only looking at the end zone. Your killing your own players to get there
