    - Likes to think big, with challenging & innovative work.
    - A good group of people in the day to day team, and office locations.

    Cons

    - Poor culture due to micro management, poor management communication and limited career progression opportunities or planning.
    - Big thinking doesn't translate to great execution.

    - Treat your people as assets

    Pros

    Health insurance, paycheck ........that's it. This place will use you and throw you away. Free otcs. Avoid at all costs, they treat employees like less than nothing

    Cons

    Toxic, hostile environment. Willfully clueless management. Sell your soul and you will do well. Try to improve things at your own risk

    You don't listen to advice, it wouldn't make a difference

    Very professional company, appreciate and support employee's, lots of opportunities for the aspirational.

    Cons

    No many, bureaucracy & process for everything can sometimes be cumbersome and slow achievement opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    The 2 sites in the UK were previously competitors when they were independent companies, they need to be transformed into 1 Perrigo UK.

    Most of the employees on the floor are good people that work hard and are like family.

    Cons

    Management does not know how to talk to their employees, very disrespectful. Mandatory overtime told the day before making it hard to have have a balanced work/life.

    Treat your employees how you would like to be treated

    Great starter job if fresh out of college.

    Cons

    You need to get out within 3 years. Either a different department or different company. You get treated worse every year and get less and less respect.

    Advice to Management

    Respect the experienced employees better.
    Do more to retain good workers
