    Pros

Opportunity to learn about quality management.

    Cons

Your every move is monitored, low pay, long hours. Everyone is on edge. Overcrowded, too cheap to buy appropriate and necessary tools to adequately accomplish job. I sat at a card table and had to share a phone...

I have been working at Perry Johnson Registrars full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Having this on your resume looks good

    Cons

MICROMANAGED! Spare your time, effort, and skills, this place is not a place you will be valued, low pay with monitored hours, very little chance to advance within the company, has constant lawsuits against them for breaking contracts, not paying over time, sexual harrassment so on and so fourth.

    Advice to Management

Your entire management team needs to take management classes and needs to learn respect, then again Perry himself does not care as long as he's getting paid.
